Adeola Afonja is a Senior Lecturer with focus on Manpower Training and Development Education and Workers Education. she has her undergraduate degree at the University of Ibadan and graduated from the Department of Adult Education with History as her teaching subject in the Faculty of Education in 1985; Masters in Adult Education from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1987 and had her Ph.D. from the University of Lagos in 2003. She has 8 years working experience in the University of Lagos with researches in manpower training and development, workers’ education, labor education and open and distance education. She belongs to the 2 professional and academic groups, twenty-two (22) publications.
