Dr. Eneanyais a Senior Lecturer with 28 years of experience in both private and public sector.  He is a specialist in Public policy and Administration.  He is also a member of many professional Associations including America Society for Public Administration (ASPA), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (MIMCN).  He has edited two international books with Igi-Global Publisher, Philadelphia, USA.  He has published 10 books and many scholarly papers in local and international journals. He was awarded “Distinguished Scholarship Award” by Zambia Society of Public Administration, Lusaka, Zambia on December 6, 2016. Dr. Augustine Eneanya is married with five (5) children.
