Dr. Olufemi Olayemi is a young astute management scholar and graduated from Ahmadu Bello University-Zaria and the University of Lagos, where he obtained B.Sc. (Business Administration) and M.Sc., (Management), Ph.D., (Business Administration- Management option) degrees respectively. He was once a visiting research scholar at the University of West of Scotland Paisley, Scotland. His areas of research interests are; capacity building, competitive strategies, youth and women empowerment through business and entrepreneurship Development especially diversification into Agro allied businesses. His business consultancy experience cut across a wide variety of activities with over thirteen (13) years research, teaching and consulting experience in both private and public organizations. He has published and co-authored articles in several local and International Journals. He is a business coach and mentor to many upcoming youth Entrepreneurs. He has also mentored more than one thousand students at both undergraduate and Post graduate levels. Dr. Olayemi also belongs to several professional bodies among which are; Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management, (AMNIM), Member, The Academy of Management, Nigeria and Executive Secretary, Young Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (YEN).
