Anthony C. O. Iweka, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and currently the Acting Head, Department of Architecture, University of Lagos. He is a Housing & Human Settlements specialist with focus on demography, density, crowding, norms and evaluation.

He had extensive experience in the private sector before joining the services of the University of Lagos. Over the years he has attended seminars and workshops, and has also conducted research in his area of specialization. He has mentored over 70 students at the Masters Degree level and Five students at the Doctoral level. He is a registered member, Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA); Registered Member, Architects’ Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON); Registered Member, Association of Architectural Educators (AARCHES); Fellow, Association of Nigerian Chartered Architects (FCArc); Fellow, The Institute of Management Consultants IMC-Nigeria; and associate member, Association of Researchers in Construction Management (ARCOM), UK. He has over thirty publications in learned journals and conferences.
