Dr. Henry E. Mgbemere

Henry Mgbemere’s research focus is on the use of traditional and advanced ceramics to solve problems in automotive research, mining, development of catalysts, clean air research, and aluminium alloys. His research activities include: the development of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics as actuators, sensors, and electromechanical devices, the use of locally available kaolin deposits to produce different types of zeolites, beneficiation of barite mineral ores to improve their BaSO4 concentration, production of cordierites from locally available research, production of dental porcelain and composites from local material, modelling and experiment of aluminium alloys
