Dr. Idowu A. ANEYO

ANEYO, Idowu A. is a lecturer at the Environmental Toxicology and Conservation Unit, Zoology Department, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria. She has Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology (University of Lagos, 2008), M.Sc and Ph.D in Environmental Toxicology and Pollution Management (University of Lagos, 2010 and 2018 respectively). Her research interest is in the field of toxicology, its principles and associated method that allow the evaluation of potential environmental pollution and their prevention.

She has well-developed quantitative, critical, analytical and statistical skills with strong capacity to design and conduct research in marine ecology and conservation, ecological monitoring, carbon footprint, waste conversion and pollution management. She has published fifteen journal to her credit and co-authored a book. She is currently involved as a co-researcher in a one year GCRF Networking grant on coastal research network in West Africa in collaboration with Environmental Sustainability Research Centre, University of Derby, UK.
