Ajayi Oluranti Olupolola, specializes in facility maintenance management. She has her undergraduate degree in Building, graduated from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger state in 2000; Master’s in construction management from University of Lagos in 2005 and a PhD in Building from University of Lagos in 2016.

Over the years, she has gathered experience in lecturing construction, maintenance and building services related courses at the Department of Building, University of Lagos. Also, course advising students and supervision of students’ project. She is currently a member of the Centre of Excellence for Urbanization and Habitable Cities, an Africa Research Universities Alliances [ARUA], Nigerian Institute of Building, and Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria.
