Dr. Josephat Izunobi is a Chemist with special interest in Synthetic Polymer Chemistry. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Chemistry and M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria, an M.Phil. in Organic Synthesis from the Institute of Technology Tallaght, Dublin, Ireland and Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the Athlone Institute of Technology, Athlone, Ireland. He is a member of the International Peer Review College, United Kingdom Research & Innovation (UKRI) and a Member of the Chemical Society of Nigeria, Royal Society of Chemistry, London and the American Chemical Society.

Dr. Izunobi specialises in Polymers, Organic Synthesis, Materials Science, Natural Products and Chemical Education.
