Dr. Sule is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, University of Lagos. He obtained his B.Ed (Edu Admin/Maths); M.Ed (Edu Admin and Planning); M.P.A and Ph.D (Edu Admin and Planning) from the University of Calabar, in 1998, 2002, 2003 and 2006 respectively.

He has had over 15 years of teaching experiences, and has successfully supervised over two hundred (200) undergraduate students research projects, and over one hundred (100) Masters research projects and currently supervising five (5) Ph.D students’ Theses.

He has also mentored a good number of students across various levels of educational system. He is a member of some Professional and Academic groups such as NAEP, MAN, CCAM, etc.

Dr Sule has over forty Scholarly Publications in reputable learned international and local journals. He has won and successfully managed CRC grants of the University of Lagos in 2014.

He is also a member of several Committees in the university of Lagos and has had administration experience in the university, having co-ordinated the Postgraduate programmes of the department of Educational Management from 2014-2016, served as deputy TP Coordinator, Faculty of Education, 2014-2016, and currently, he is the Co-ordinator of Sandwich program, University of Lagos.

Dr Sule, he is currently serving his second term as elected member of the senate of the University of Lagos. His research interest has been Administration, Planning and Management of Education for Quality and Effectiveness in the the sector.
