Dr. Odunayo Tunde Arogundade is an erudite scholar who specializes in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He holds BSc. (Hons) 2^nd Class Upper Division from University of Lagos in 1999, MSc. in 2003 and PhD in 2013 from University of Lagos respectively. He has over Thirteen (13) years teaching experience in both private and public universities. A motivational speaker and former Director of Directorate of Students Services and Development (DSSD) of Redeemer’s University, Ede, Osun State, Odunayo Arogundade is a Senior lecturer in Psychology Department, University of Lagos, Akoka- Yaba, Lagos. A researcher per excellent, He has over thirty publications as books and articles in local and International Journals.
