Dr. Eesuola Olukayode 'Segun is a political scientist who specialises in political thoughts and political behaviour as applied to Africa, and with special interest in protest, peace and conflict. Eesuola has a B.Sc. Political Science (2000), an M.Sc. Political Science (2003) and a Ph.D. Political Science (2012). A 2008 Junior Fulbright alumnus of the Study of United States Institutes (FY08) at the University of Massachusetts, USA, Eesuola has over the years conducted researches locally and internationally, and was in 2016 appointed a postdoctoral research fellow by the North West University, Mafikeng, in the Republic of South Africa. He has about thirty publications in well reputed scholarly journals and books; and has mentored over 200 students in the University of Lagos and other institutions where he has affiliation .
