Dr. (Mrs.) A. B. Ofuani is a Lecturer 1 in the Department of Business Administration with focus on Corporate Governance. Her other areas of research interest are Managerial and Corporate Behaviours , Enterpreneurship , Gender Issues, Stragtegic an d General Management . She had her Bachelor's degree in Business Administartion in 1982;Masters in Management in 2006 and Ph.D. in Management in 2018,all from the University of Lagos.

Prior to joining the Department of Buisness Administration of Universtiy Of Lagos,she has worked as a Financial Administator with the Religious Organistation;a Business/Finance Manager in a Private Enterprise and an Educationist with the Lagos State Teaching Service Commission for several years. Over the years, she has taught many courses and conducted research in different areas of Management. She has to her credit ,several scholarly publications both in local and international journals . She is a seasoned counselor , who has mentored quite a number of students and young ones as a Teacher ,Pastor, Project Supervisor , Course Adviser and Lecturer, both within and outside the University environment.

She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management(Chartered);The British Academy of Management(BAM); and The Institute of Operations Research and Management Sciences(IORMS).
