Princess Shonuga is a Lecturer in the Department of Employment Relations and Human Resource Management, University of Lagos. She earned her degrees in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has over four years experience in the financial services sector. Her areas of specialisation and interests are Comparative Employment Relations, Precarious Work Arrangement and Health and Safety of Workers, Human Resource Management, Public Policy; Comparative Industrial Relations Culture in Developed and Developing economies; Industrial Psychology and Labour economics; Labour Law and Diplomacy. She has attended noteworthy conferences and workshops in Nigeria, United Kingdom, Europe and North America. She has published articles and conference papers on varied subjects. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Nigerian Industrial Relations Association (NIRA).
