Alamu, Femi Ololade Ph.D., is a Computer scientist with focus on Telemedicine, e-health and e-services. He specialises in medical image processing and knowledge representation (ontology). He has done a number of researches on medical image processing in radiological departments of some hospitals, applying context-content based image retrievals on compressed medical images. He has also done a number of web-ontologies for known tropical diseases such as Ebola, malaria, monkey pox and some other known infectious diseases.

Alamu, has also done knowledge representation of IFA Divination with emphasis of the 16 major ODU-IFA and 256 minor ODU-IFA. An attempt is ongoing to develop an expert system representing the divination processes of IFA.

Dr. Alamu, Femi Ololade is a graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of technology Ogbomoso, Oyo state Nigeria, He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) Hons in the year 2006, Masters of Science (2011) telemedicine and e-health with emphasis on image transmission, and a Ph.D. in 2016 with Emphasis on medical image processing and retrieval. He is a member of THE SOCIETY OF TELEMEDICINE AND E-HEALTH IN NIGERIA, a researcher at the International Centre for Research in Telemedicine and e-health affiliated to the HASSO PLATTNER INSTITUTE Germany. Alamu is a member of the International Association of Computer Science & Information Technology (IACSIT), International Association of Engineers, COREN Registered Engineer, Member Research Gate Society and Nigeria Computer Society
