Mr.  Osagie is an Estate Surveyor and Valuer with specialist skill in Valuation, Property and Facilities Management with focus on property value determinants. He had his undergraduate degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos in 2003; Masters in Estate Management in 2007 University of Lagos and a PhD Estate Management is in view from the University of Lagos. His experience has seen him work in two estate firms on full time basis and at a point heading Valuation and Property Management departments and he had a stint in Banking before crossing over to the University of Lagos. His voyage in the university have seen him focus his research work on value and its determinants with a bias for residential property and mentored over 15 students at undergraduate level achieved Associate membership of NIESV professional group and 0ver 10 number of publications.
