Dr. Koleoso is an Estate Surveyor and Valuer and a specialist in facilities Management. She obtained a degree in Estate management with a Second Class Upper Division grade from University of Lagos, Akoka Yaba, Lagos. She holds a MSc. in Construction Management and Ph.D. in Building also from the University of Lagos. Dr. Koleoso obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Investment from University of Reading in England and a Post Graduate Certificate in International Education from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom. She achieved professional qualifications as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANISV) and as a Registered Estate Surveying (RSV) practitioner.

Her research over the years focused around the broad themes of Building and Facilities Performance Management, Property valuation and investment appraisal, Environmental sustainability and management and sustainable waste management. She recently picked interest in road designs in traffic management.

Dr Koleoso gained industry based experience in the areas of property valuation, management and land administration at the Lands Division of the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing and Gateway Bank Nigeria Limited. She has been a lecturer in the Department of Estate Management University of Lagos since 1999. She served as supervisor to 79 B.Sc. thesis and 31 Master’s thesis. She was a co-supervisor to one completed Ph.D. dissertation, currently supervising 6 ongoing ones (as main and co-supervisor) and has mentored 9 Ph.D. students through the process of their research.

 Dr. Koleoso won in collaboration with colleagues, one research grant, two other personal ones and 5 learned conference research grants. She has served as facilitators/panellist/trainer in no less than 12 workshops and forums between 2010 and now and has published 31 papers.
