Miss. Thontteh is a Land Administration and Affordable Housing Provision Strategy specialist with focus on Land Affordability and Sustainable Housing Development Strategy. She has her undergraduate degree in Estate Management & Valuation, graduated from University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2004; Masters in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 2007; Master of Science and Master of Philosophy in Estate Management & Valuation, University of Lagos in 2010 and 2014 respectively. Over the years, she has acquired experience as principal investigator in research writing as an academia, conducted research in land management, property performance and middle income housing provision and affordability.  She has mentored over thirty students within 6 years; and achieved membership of professional groups:  Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS); Registered Valuer (RSV) and a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) She has over thirteen publications and two books.
