Babalola Adedoyin is an astute professional in the Academic, Architectural and Construction Industry with an exceptional interest in Environmental and Societal changes particularly as it relates to promoting professionalism, sustainability and self-development while upholding the tenet and passion of the University and Nation at large. She has her Undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Lagos in 2011 graduating with First Class Division and obtained her Master of Environmental Design Degree in Architecture graduating with Distinction in 2013. She was awarded the position of Teaching Assistant during her Master degree and was the team leader of the winning entry for the Africa Union of Architects (AUA)/ Nigerite prize Young Architects and Students Competition tagged Beyond Housing in 2013.

Over the years, she has been able to apply her knowledge and skills in various aspects in the industry and development of projects (from design development, working drawing, Contract administration, implementation/ construction, handover and maintenance of projects) as Project Architect including serving with Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) providing Housing Scheme with utmost maintenance culture in Lagos State, Nigeria. These have aided her successful track record and further development in the Academia. She has worked with students on Architectural Design Appreciation and Urban Renewal in Lagos Megacity. Having been a Registered Architect and full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architect with a PhD in view, she seeks to continually acquire the versatility to reach her full potential, mentoring students and contributing her quota in pushing back the frontiers of knowledge in the University, locally and internationally.
