Adeniji Olufemi a Lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning of the University of Lagos bagged his B.Sc (2003) and M.Sc (2007) in Urban and Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and University of Ibadan, Ibadan respectively. Mr. Adeniji is an aspiring Transportation expert who is currently undertaking his Ph.D programme in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, University of Ibadan. His areas of research interest are urban transport planning and management with focus on road usage behaviour and safety of pedestrians and motor vehicle drivers. Consequently, his Ph.D is focused on ‘Interstate Public Transport Drivers’ Behaviour and the Risk of Road Accident Occurrences in Lagos’. As a lecturer he teaches course such as History of Urban and Regional Planning, Theory of Settlement Patterns, Industrial Development Planning, Highway Planning and Traffic and Transportation Planning. He has attended conferences and has some publications to his credit.
