Mr. Akinwande is a young, diligent and dedicated academic, who is passionate about excellence. I intend to research and provide solutions to the problems of the property market in emerging economies through real estate finance, thereby enhancing economic sustainability in these regions and in the world at large. I graduated with a first class in Estate Management in 2013 and went further to earn a Master’s degree in Estate Management in 2017, also with a distinction; I currently seek to secure an admission in a standard university to pursue a PhD in Real Estate Finance. Professionally, I am a certified member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), certified in Health and Safety Management and soon to be an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (Currently a Probationer member). I have served in the department of Estate Management, University of Lagos as a junior lecturer for about three (3) years.
