Mr. Fidelis Omenogor Achi is a lecturer in the Department of Building with special research interests in construction technology and management. He has supervised more than 100 B.Sc students. He has several publications in international conference proceedings. He is equally a building construction expert who has successfully managed the construction of several residential and institutional buildings. He is a registered builder and a corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB).
