Professor Chinwe Rosabelle Nwanna, the current Head of Department of Social Work, joined the University of Lagos in 1998 as an Assistant Lecturer and progressed to the rank of a Professor in 2020. Her educational qualifications include:

Prof. Nwanna has numerous research studies, over 50 publications, grants and awards for academic and research excellence. She has served in various capacities and contributed to the growth of Social Work Profession in Nigeria:
