Prof. Njah is a Theoretical Physicist with focus on Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos Theory. He obtained a B.Sc. (Hon) degree in Physics from the University of Jos in 1991; M.Sc. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Ibadan in 1993 and a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Ibadan in 2001. He started lecturing in the University since 1994 as Assistant Lecturer and rose through the ranks to become a Full Professor in 2012. Over the years he has served as Assistant Coordinator of Pre-degree Programmes, Postgraduate Coordinator, Head of Pre-degree Programmes at the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta and, currently, as Head of Physics Department at the University of Lagos. As an active researcher he has published 68 journal articles (11 in National journals and 57 in International journals) and has supervised/co-supervised 6/7 Ph.D. students, 7/8 M.Sc. Students and many PG and B.Sc. students.  Member of national and international professional and academic groups.
