Dr. Akinleye is an Academic Pharmacist specialized in Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmacokinetics, Bioavailability and Nanomedicines.  I had my undergraduate degree in Pharmacy in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife in 1990;  Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry in University of Lagos in 1997 and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Lagos in 2008. Over 10 years ago, I have been researching in the areas of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biopharmaceutics, Bioavailability, Pharmacokinetics, Nanomedicines, Drug-Food-Herb Interactions.  I have supervised over 20 M.Sc, graduated One PhD and currently supervising 3 PhD students.  I’m a member of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Lagos University Medical Society (LUMS) and American Chemical Society (ACS).  I have over 30 publications in peer reviewed journals nationally and internationally.  I have co-managed 3 research grants from Central Research Committee of the University of Lagos.
