Miss. Muraina is an investment and portfolio analyst with focus on real estate, capital markets, housing and urban economics. She has her undergraduate degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2014; Masters in Estate Management in real estate Investment analysis and Portfolio Management discipline from the same university in 2017. She was retained in the said department after graduating tops in her class. Within this period, she has conducted research in the areas of real estate investments and housing economics. She is generally interested in the areas of real estate investments, finance and structure of the property market and seeks to understand how they can be improved upon.
