Dr. Olayiwola is a Strategic management specialist with focus on Small and Medium Scale Businesses. He has his undergraduate degree in Economics graduated from theUniversity of Lagos in 1990; Masters in Business Administration (Management) in 1994 from University of Lagos a PhD in Business Administration (Strategic planning) in 2015 from the Ekiti State University. Over the years his he has conducted research in effect of religiousness on business ethical behaviour. He has over 20 publications to his credit which also include Open and Distance Education (ODE). He has been involved in the accreditation panels to various ODE single and dual mode Institutions in Nigeria.

Research Interests:
My research interest includes: the use of strategic management tools to enhance organisational performance; development and management of incubation centres to accelerate growth of SMEs and formalising the informal (Artisans, Small Scale Businesses) sectors to enhance their contribution to Economic growth.
