Dr. Ogunleye is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an astute academic who loves to impart knowledge. Since joining the University as an Assistant Lecturer in the year 2002 she has served in various capacities holding the positions of Departmental Examination Officer, Assistant Coordinator of Diploma Foundation Programme, Departmental PG Coordinator, Coordinator Foundation Programme and Sub-dean, Faculty of Management Sciences. She has also served in professional capacity as a member of the ICAN Council Committee on Members Education and Training (MET). Her research interests lie in the areas of Management Accounting, Auditing and Contemporary Issues in Accounting such as Ethics, CSR Reporting and Strategic Management Accounting.

Dr. Ogunleye is passionate about music and she was the head of her church choir department for several years. She is an advocate for girl child education and women empowerment. She also loves to travel and meet people.
