Dr. Orolu obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering in 2007, Masters with option in Engineering Analysis in 2011 and Ph.D. in Systems Engineering in 2016, all from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a COREN registered Systems Engineer and a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

He is a multi-disciplinary researcher with interests in Systems simulation, nonlinear dynamics, pipe walking and stability analysis. His recent research activities include the development of a model that accounts for geometric imperfection of pipes conveying hot fluid. The work provided more insight into the sources of uncertainties in the design and operation of pipes conveying fluid.
