Engr. Amusan is a lecturer II with research interest in Power systems, Energy Harvesting and Integration. He had his undergraduate degree in the Department of Electrical Electronic Engineering, University of Ibadan between 2005 and 2010. He had his Masters’ degree in 2015 in the same University and department with option in Power Systems Engineering. Over the years, he has garnered research and on-field experiences. He has successfully conducted research in Wind Renewable Energy harvesting and application across the geopolitical zones of Nigeria. He has also consulted for major engineering firms in the country. He has mentored so many undergraduates and technical students in the University of Lagos and other in technical colleges in Nigeria. This has further placed his mentored students in major leading research institutions and engineering firms. He is a member of Power, Energy, Machine and Drives (PEMD) research group situated in the University of Ibadan. He currently has 2 publications in high impact rated journals of Elsevier which are Journal of Cleaner Production and Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews among a number of other manuscripts submitted to other highly regarded journals. He is a registered engineer with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), an associate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigeria Institute of Electrical Electronics Engineers (NIEEE) organisations.
