Dr Olatosi John Olutola(FWAS) is a Board certified Anaesthetist with focus on Neuroanaesthesia and Anaesthesia training. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Ibadan in 1988 and became a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons in 2003. He has been involved in the training and development of Anaesthesia manpower in the West African sub region since 2008 and served on the executive boards of the Nigerian Society of Anaesthetists, West African College of Surgeons. He is very active in Global Health and currently presides over the African Regional Section Board of the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists. Over the years he has supervised 12 dissertations of trainees towards the award of Fellowship certification and mentored numerous Anaesthesia residents. He has over 25 scientific publications to his credit.
